The VECTR Range:

The 2XU VECTR Merino light cushioning full-length socks are part of a recently-introduced range allowing you to choose the length and level of cushioning that’s right for your chosen activity as well as your own personal preferences. 

All the socks in the range feature X-LOCK technology, a strong nylon panel running through the arch and over the base of your Achilles. This helps to protect the plantar fascia – the vital bottom part of your foot which connects your heel and your toes.

This technology supports your feet and prevents blisters, or even worse, the intense pain you can get when the part of the foot becomes inflamed. The socks’  ergonomic fit, along with 2XU’s compression technology, helps to stabilise your foot and ankle and reduce the friction that leads to painful blisters.

  

The Product:

2XU’s VECTR Merino Light Cushion Full-Length Socks are suitable for both men and women, and give you precise cushioning where you need it, without any unnecessary thickness, to optimise your foot’s movement across a whole range of activities. The full-length cut offers added warmth as well as compression support to the calf, shin, ankle, achilles and foot. The graduated compression also improves your warm-up and recovery post-exercise.

Made from highly durable Merino wool, these socks combat the cold by providing warmth and heat control. The fabric is naturally odour-resistant and manages moisture easily.

The socks are ‘Light’, with 2.5mm of cushioning, double that of the Ultralight version. This provides a combination of performance and protection: ventilation is enhanced through the sock for greater comfort yet you also benefit from excellent abrasion protection to sensitive areas on your foot.  

The socks improve your coordination and proprioceptive arch stabilisation, and the compression promotes blood circulation in your feet for enhanced muscle performance and a faster recovery.
